Spiritual Moon Meditation
Here’s a guide to what you can expect
My meditation class with you starts with a spiritual reading using the tarot cards, I use this as my first step to hi light two key areas, one what advice spirit wants you to absorb along your journey in life at present and to hi light what planets are affecting you, planets that we need to appease as they may be holding you back, blocking your path, and also gain an understanding of which planets are empowering you, it is these planets that we must work with in our meditation to help us achieve our life purpose.
So the first step is a reading, then we turn our attention to what meditation is, what are we actually trying to achieve in relation to our conscious and subconscious minds. The benefits of meditation, and above all what meditation is in the simplest of terms, just as it was intended.
Everything in meditation is energy and that divine vehicle is the breath, we will look at the breath, how to breathe, how to activate the “kundalini energy” at the base of the spinal cord which in turn activates the energy centres along the spinal cord more commonly known as the chakras.
Each chakra – a wheel of energy, corresponds to a colour and a sound and a planet, we will use visualisation of colour and sound to heal each chakra.
At each step we are releasing baggage, attachments to things in life that serve us no purpose, we are awakening the true and authentic “you”.
We will incorporate a fire ritual to hand these attachments over to allow our mind to be free, and be awakened, thus knowing who we truly are and closer to understanding ourselves and our purpose.
This ritual is to allow our meditation practice to flow more with ease.
Remember that purpose in life can just be to find inner peace.
Through learning the art of meditation we will focus on two key planets – the Moon governing our conscious mind and Saturn governing our subconscious mind it is in this mind when we are truly in meditation.
You will learn how these two planets affect our journey through life from start to finish.
We will focus on the most vibrational sound known to man “AUM”, this simple chanting has a massive energy shift on our chakras, and our chattering minds, coupled with the breath we start to adopt a daily practice of meditation.
We finally invoke the moon mantra, the moon mantra helps us to destroy all that stagnates us in thought and action, it destroys all negativity that is attached to us on a daily basis, it preserves and protects the natural healing aura that grows and emanates from the heart , and finally sustains balance and harmony with life.
We will learn how to recite the mantra on a row of beads and the symbolic nature of this.
As you will see that this is a journey to meditation and how a daily discipline of this beautiful practice brings our presence into balance with life.
Meditation takes us on a journey to developing our natural intuition.
This is the intuition we were born with, it is only because of life’s stresses and unhealthy attachments that we have lost our way to do this.
Meditation leads us to rekindle this and above all, during meditative daily practice we are able to hand over our daily fears, concerns, issues, problems that trouble us, so that we can learn from these encounters and go forward to achieve what we were destined to, in order to share our experiences with others and thus helping others to go forward too.
